Water Won'tWait
A pipe let go, a toilet is spilling onto the floor, or the whole house went dry — and it's the middle of the night. A licensed South Florida plumber is on shift this second with a 60-minute response commitment across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach.

When it's a true emergency
Some plumbing problems can hold until morning. Others are actively flooding your home, cutting off your water, or exposing you to sewage and gas. If any of the situations below are happening right now, stop reading and call — every minute of running water soaks deeper into drywall, baseboards, and the slab underfoot.
Burst Or Spraying Pipe
A supply line has failed and water is jetting behind a wall, under a cabinet, or across the ceiling. Coastal humidity and decades-old fittings make sudden ruptures common here — close the main and call.
Overflowing Toilet
The bowl won't stop rising or water is already on the floor. Reach behind the toilet and turn the small oval valve clockwise until it stops — that isolates it while we're on the way.
Sudden Loss Of Water
Every fixture ran dry at once with no city notice. That can signal a hidden main-line break, a failed pressure regulator, or a slab leak dumping supply underground. We triage the cause fast.
Sewage Backing Up
Waste is rising in tubs, floor drains, or the lowest toilet in the house. That's a health hazard, not a clog you plunge — keep everyone clear of the water and let us clear the main line.
Gas Or Rotten-Egg Smell
A sulfur odor near a water heater or gas line means you leave the home first, then call from outside. We coordinate safe shutdown and repair once the area is clear.
Water Through The Ceiling
Stains spreading, drywall sagging, or drips from a second-floor bath or roofline. In two-story South Florida homes this points to a failed drain or supply line above — kill the main and call now.
While the truck rolls — close your main shutoff
In most South Florida slab-on-grade homes there's no basement, so your main shutoff usually sits low on an exterior wall near the front hose bib, inside the garage where the line enters, or at the meter box near the curb. Turn the valve or lever clockwise until it stops to cut water to the whole house. If you can't find it, don't waste time hunting — stay on the phone and our dispatcher will guide you fixture by fixture while a licensed plumber is already en route.
Our emergency process
Live Dispatcher Triage
A real person answers and asks three things: what's leaking or backing up, whether the main valve is off yet, and your cross streets. Those answers tell us which stocked truck to send and whether to walk you through an immediate shutoff.
Damage Control On The Phone
Before you hang up we help you stop the flow — main valve, individual fixture stop, or the breaker to a wet room. Every gallon we keep off your floors is money saved on drywall, flooring, and mold remediation later.
60-Minute Arrival Window
We give you an honest arrival time, usually inside 60 minutes anywhere in our three counties, and text you when the plumber is close. That window holds at 2am, on Sundays, and on holidays alike.
On-Site Diagnosis
The plumber confirms the source, checks for secondary damage behind walls or under the slab, and uses a camera on drain and sewer emergencies. You see exactly what failed before anyone quotes a repair.
Up-Front Price, Then Repair
You approve a flat number before work starts. Most emergencies — burst supply lines, running toilets, cleared mains, failed valves — are fully resolved in the same visit from the parts already on the truck.
Cleanup & Documentation
We leave the area dry and hand you a written warranty on parts and labor. Need it for a claim? We photograph the failure and itemize the invoice so your insurer sees exactly what happened.
No two emergencies cost the same
We quote up front, on site, once we've seen the actual failure. These are the factors that move an emergency estimate — so you understand the number before you approve it.
- Type and severity of the failure — a running toilet is a different job than a spraying supply line inside a wall.
- Access to the problem — a valve under an open sink is quick; a leak behind tile or under a slab takes more work to reach.
- Pipe material — repairs on brittle pre-1975 cast iron common in older Broward and Miami-Dade homes differ from copper or PEX.
- Parts required — a stock stop valve versus a specialty fixture or a tank component that has to be matched.
- Water damage already present — extraction and drying add scope beyond the plumbing repair itself.
- Scope after diagnosis — sometimes the visible symptom points to a larger main-line or sewer issue we confirm with a camera.

Real people, real emergencies
"Supply line under the sink let go at midnight and it was spraying the whole cabinet. The dispatcher told me exactly where my shutoff was in the garage while I panicked. Plumber rolled up in about 40 minutes and had it repaired before I'd finished mopping."
"Toilet overflowed on a Sunday and water was heading for the hallway. They answered live, walked me through shutting the valve behind the bowl, and had someone out same morning. No weekend upcharge either, which shocked me."
"Whole house lost water at once and I had no idea why. Turned out to be a broken line at the meter. They diagnosed it fast, priced it before touching anything, and gave me photos and an itemized invoice for my insurance. Total professionals."
"Water started coming through my ceiling at 11pm from the bathroom above. Called and got a real human, not a machine. Tech found the failed drain line, stopped the leak, and documented everything I needed for the claim. Can't recommend them enough."
Emergency FAQ
How fast can you actually get here?
Our commitment is 60 minutes or less anywhere in Broward, Miami-Dade, or Palm Beach. When you call, the dispatcher gives you a real arrival window based on where the nearest stocked truck is and texts you when the plumber is close. Traffic and distance to the outer edges of the counties can shift things by a few minutes, but we tell you honestly rather than leave you guessing. You're never sitting by the door wondering if anyone is coming.
Do you charge extra at night, on weekends, or holidays?
No. A burst pipe at 3am on Thanksgiving is priced the same as one at 2pm on a Tuesday. We think charging panic rates when you're most vulnerable is the wrong way to run a plumbing company. The number you approve is a flat quote for the actual repair, not an inflated after-hours rate. That policy is one of the biggest reasons customers call us back.
What actually counts as a plumbing emergency?
Anything actively flooding, cutting off your water, or exposing you to sewage or gas is an emergency. Burst or spraying pipes, overflowing toilets, sewage backing into tubs or floor drains, a total loss of water, water coming through a ceiling, and gas odors near a water heater all qualify. A slow drip or a single slow drain can usually wait for a scheduled visit. If you're not sure, call and describe it — our dispatcher will tell you honestly whether it needs a truck tonight or can be booked for the morning.
Can you help with my insurance claim?
Yes. On any significant loss we photograph the failed component and the water damage, then give you a fully itemized invoice describing what failed and what we repaired. That documentation is exactly what adjusters ask for when they process a sudden-discharge water claim. We can't file the claim for you, but we make sure you have clean, credible paperwork so it moves faster. Keep any damaged parts we remove until your insurer has seen them.
What can I do to limit the water damage before you arrive?
Shut off the water at the source first — the fixture stop valve if it's one fixture, or the main shutoff for the whole house. Then cut power to any wet room at the breaker so you're not standing in water near live outlets. Move furniture, rugs, and electronics off wet floors and pull up standing water with towels or a wet-vac if you have one. Every gallon you keep off the drywall and slab reduces the drying and mold risk later, and we'll coach you through all of it on the phone.
