Who we are

This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It applies to this website only.

Information you give us

The only information this site asks you for is what you type into the estimate form. That form collects:

• Your name.
• Your telephone number.
• Your email address.
• The city where the work is needed.
• The service you are asking about and how urgent it is.
• Whatever you write in the description field.
• Your consent to be contacted.

We use this to respond to your inquiry, to schedule and carry out work, and to keep a record of the job. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone who is not involved in providing the service you asked for.

Please do not put payment card numbers, bank details, government identification numbers or medical information into the form. There is no reason for us to receive any of those through this website.

Information collected automatically

When the estimate form is submitted, the page also sends technical context alongside your message: the page you submitted from, the referring page, and any campaign parameters that were on the address when you arrived (for example utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid, gbraid, wbraid or fbclid). This tells us which advertisement or link brought you here so we can judge whether our advertising is working.

Those campaign parameters are kept in your browser session storage while you are on the site so that the information is still available if you visit several pages before contacting us. They are cleared when you close the tab.

The form also carries two simple anti-spam signals: a hidden field that a person never sees, and the time the page was loaded. Automated submissions fill the first and submit too quickly against the second.

Our web host keeps standard server logs, which typically include IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Those logs exist for security and reliability.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own, and it does not show a cookie consent banner because it does not need one for its own cookies.

If analytics or advertising measurement tags are enabled by the business, they are loaded from Google or Meta and are governed by those companies' own privacy policies. Where such a tag is active, it may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and share usage information with that provider. You can control this through your browser settings and through the privacy controls those companies provide.

No analytics or advertising tag is installed unless the business has supplied a real account identifier. This site never loads a placeholder or test tag.

Where your information goes

Estimate form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection to a third-party form and customer-management endpoint operated on our behalf. That provider processes the submission so it reaches our team.

Beyond that, we share your information only where it is necessary to do the work you asked for — for example with a property manager or association where the job requires their authorization — or where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become jobs are kept only as long as they are useful for following up. Records relating to work actually carried out are kept for as long as we need them for warranty, insurance, tax and legal purposes.

How we protect it

This website is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to inquiry records is limited to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details at the top of this page and we will respond.

You can withdraw consent to be contacted at any time. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will, except where we need to reach you about work already in progress at your property.

You are not required to use the form at all. Calling is faster in any case.

Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will remove it.

Links to other sites

This site links to a small number of external pages, including our Google Business Profile. Once you follow such a link, that site's own privacy policy applies rather than this one.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means the updated policy applies.
