Where do the review numbers on this site come from?
From the company’s own Google Business Profile, and the profile is linked so you can check every figure against what we say. A star rating on a plumbing website is the least trustworthy number on the internet, and saying where one came from is the only thing that separates a real figure from a decorative one.
The rating and the count are worked out from every review on the profile, and they refresh on their own, so they follow the profile instead of a figure typed in on some past day. The cards below are a selection of 5-star reviews, and the link to all the reviews on Google opens the complete list.
One more rule worth stating: a review is quoted exactly as its author wrote it, with nothing trimmed, corrected or reworded.

Had a really slow drain in my bathroom and it was driving me crazy. The guy who came out was super chill and found a bunch of hair and gunk clogging it up. He cleared it out in like 20 minutes, and now it’s draining faster than before! Glad I called them.
There were zero problems or hiccups during the installation of the water line for the dishwasher. A professional plumber would use high-quality fittings and double-check that everything was tight. He kept an eye on things and made sure there weren't any leaks throughout the first wash cycle. An really thorough service.
