Red is reserved for action. An outline or ghost button carries no action color, which is what keeps the red meaning something.

Ice carries the data and the eyebrows here. The focus ring switches to ice too, because the blue ring measures 2.79:1 on this ground.

Dispatch stays on the line and walks you to the valve before anyone arrives.

Opacity 0→1 plus 18px of translateY, 560ms on ease-out, 90ms stagger between siblings. Hover and focus keep the fast 180ms. Entrances are time-based and triggered on entry, never tied to scroll position.
